Shipping and delivery

Orders placed and paid for online before 12 noon on weekdays are shipped the same day. All other orders are shipped one business day after receipt of payment to our account. Delivery times can be found here.

Returns

Please contact us via email info@italtrike.shop and enter your order number and what you wish to do (exchange or return). There is no need to provide any other information.
